Welcome to Thrillmoments. By accessing our website, booking a suite, attending an event, or engaging in any casino activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Age and Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in New Zealand) to use our casino facilities, place wagers, or attend gambling events. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may lead to forfeiture of winnings and legal action. You are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding online access and gambling.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
Hotel and event reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee a booking. Cancellation policies vary by package:
- Silver Suite: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in; after that, one night's charge applies.
- Gold / Platinum Suite: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; after that, 50% of the total stay is charged.
- Event Hosting: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Full payment is due 14 days before the event. No partial refunds within 7 days of the event.
4. Casino Rules and Responsible Gaming
All gambling activities are governed by the New Zealand Gambling Act and our internal house rules. You must play responsibly and within your financial means. We encourage the use of self-exclusion tools if needed. Management reserves the right to refuse service, remove guests, or close tables at any time without notice if rules are violated. Winners may be required to complete tax declarations. Chips and tokens have no cash value outside the venue.
5. Liability and Indemnity
Our liability for any claim arising from your use of services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of winnings, or lost opportunities. You agree to indemnify Thrillmoments and its staff against any claims resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of facilities.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
